MCA V3 Error: Unable to download Payment receipt.

How to download Payment receipt in MCA V3 portal? Unable to download payment receipt/ROC fees debited but receipt is not generated?

Option I : Always use Microsoft Edge

1. 1. Clear all the browsing history & clear all the data.
2. 2. Shut down your system Completely (Do not re-start).
3. 3. Edge> incognito mode> Login> download

Option II : Via bharatkosh website

1. 1. Go to https://bharatkosh.gov.in/
2. 2. Go to Track your payment/ Payment history.
3. 3. Enter Mobile No (registered with ROC) OR email ID (registered with ROC).
4. 4. Enter OTP received on your phone or Email(OTP is valid for 5 mins)
5. 5. You can see all transaction history and payment made.

If you are still unable to download payment receipt you can raise complaint with ROC and wait for 48 to 76 hrs: https://www.mca.gov.in/mcafoportal/userComplaintDetails.do
