MCA V3 Portal: Unable to Make Payment

Not able to make payment/ payment page expire/site not loading while making payment/ MCA site stopped responding while making payment/ Payment page is not loading/ Payment failure error:
In such case, follow below mentioned steps:
Always use Microsoft edge for uploading forms or making payment

Case I : Not Able To Make Payment

1. 1. Once form is uploaded properly then log out from the website (don’t make payment at one go i.e. after uploading form)
2. 2. Wait for some time and login again in incognito mode, now try to make payment.

Case II : Payment page expired while making payment/ site not loading while making payment/ MCA site stopped responding while making payment Payment page is not loading:

1. 1. In case when page expires then log out from the website.
2. 2. Wait for some time and login again in incognito mode, now try to make payment.

Case III : Payment failure error: try after 4 hours:

1. 1. In case when payment fails and page expires then log out from the website
2. 2. Wait for some time and login again in incognito mode, now try to make payment.
3. 3. Incase if the error is ‘try after 4 hours’, don’t keep trying after every hour, wait for more than 4 hrs or at least 8 hours, then try again, it will happen – such error are solved in some hours by ROC.
